Kulture Flooring. Auctions Logistics was sub-contracted by Maynard to run the liquidation process for this flooring company with over 12 locations all over South Western Ontario. Studio 1 was responsible for finding the sales representatives to manage the stores, liquidate the sales of over $1 M in value of assets, manage the delivery all in just 3 short months.
Dollar Store
Danbury sub-contracted Auctions Logistics to consolidate the assets of multiple dollar stores in 20 different locations all over the GTA to 5 strategic locations to liquidate all the assets in 2 short months. Studio 1 had to manage the accurate inventory delivery to the five locations over this time period with great efficiency.
